Webhook not trigger when comment is updated

With "pullrequest:comment_updated" trigger added to webhook, it is expected that editing a Pull request's comment will trigger a webhook to destination URL.
However, this doesn't seem to work now (Only PR:comment_created and PR:comment_deleted works fine).
