File Info pane is not expand properly

Hello

I have discovered that the file info pane does not expand properly after being collapsed
This is how the pane normaly looks like when expanded

And when collapsed

The third picture shows how the panel looks like after attempting to expand it.
I have found no way to restore it to its original width except refreshing the page.

I am running Chrome 71 64 Bit / Win 10
