Inconsistent authentication across services in Bitbucket

We've moved some of the authentication pieces with managed accounts, accounts with domains are claimed, or accounts with Atlassian access enabled.

Logging into the Bitbucket UI should be no issue, but there will be inconsistent authentication issues (via HTTPS) with the following services:

• Git LFS
• API
• Git / Mercurial scm

The workaround is to use App passwords instead of the normal basic auth login/password, as managed accounts will not recognize certain services.
