Add bitbucket pipeline user

Hi there,
would be great to allow bitbucket pipelines to push to master from the branch permissions page.
We bump up the version number in the package.json file of our repos automatically and we need to push it back to the repo.
Problem is that we have a branch permission policy in place to prevent users from pushing directly to master.
The two options are in conflict. If it were possible to allow pipelines to push back to master, we would be able to achieve this.
