Accepting self signed certificates in pipeline to create docker image

We would like to use a self signed certificate in our pipeline. In gitlab there is a mechanism to set parameters to docker service like this:

services:

• name: docker:dind
  command: ["--insecure-registry=fqdn_of_the_private_registry:port"]

would you create something like this in bitbucket's pipeline?
