Commit page is making too many requests

Commit page is making too many requests and dies with

429 (TOO MANY REQUESTS)

Exclude files from the new pull request experience
is not working.

What exactly should be enabled in Bitbucket Labs is not clear. What is the new experience?
Hint on the excluded-files is useless, please add the exact name of the feature that shoud be enabled.

I enabled everything and it still does not work.

I don't need all this file comparison, I only go to commit view to press Deploy to AWS button.
