Dashboard is unavailable for IE 11

Summary

The dashboard is not avialble for IE 11 while Internet Explore is supported.

Environment

• Internet Explore Version 11.1.17134.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open https://bitbucket.org/ by IE 11

Expected Results

The dashboard page should be available for all the supported browsers.

Actual Results

The below exceptions are thrown in console:

• Syntax error for export class ... code
• Undefined error for Request object

##Workaround

Use other browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge.
Most pages are still available such as https://bitbucket.org/account/ and https://bitbucket.org/
