Pipeline: View Test report whatever tests passes or failed

Issue #18124 duplicate

Hi,

In our team, we use bitbucket pipeline for CI integration, test, build image, push to registry and deploy manually. The thing is that we could only see Test tab and result when 1 or more test failed. I knew it's a design choice you've made but it would be great for us to use this report as a proof to communicate to external partners before deploying a specific branch / version.

It could be great to have an option like the trigger manual option in the bitbucket pipeline file.

Thanks

    Hi @leo gaudez,

Just to make sure I've understood correctly, you'd like to always be able to see the test reporting tab (regardless of whether all the tests have passed)?

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "it could be great to have an option like the trigger manual option in the bitbucket pipeline file"?

Hi @Aneita Yang You got exactly what I would like about test report. When I was talking about the "like the trigger manual option", I was talking about the trigger attribute in the bitbucket file. I.E :

    pipelines:
        - step:
            name: Deploy
            image: python:3.5.1
            trigger: manual
            script:
              - python deploy.py

Thanks for clarifying @leo gaudez. We currently have an open ticket (#15716) tracking the request to show test reports even when all tests have passed. I'm going to close this issue as a duplicate of #15716 - I encourage you to vote for / watch that ticket if it's something that you're interested in.

    Thanks!
