Two Factor needs 2 codes if required for Atlassian(Jira/Confluence) and Bitbucket

My company turned on Two Factor to protect our Jira/Confluence accounts and our Bitbucket repos. Annoyingly, when I want to just log into Bitbucket, because that uses an Atlassian password, I have to now enter the 6 digit codes for both Atlassian login and then again for Bitbucket, despite only having a single username/password. This is SO DUMB. It should be trivial for Atlassian's two factor authentication to forward something during the Bitbucket loading that let's me skip two factor the second time. This happens for EVERYONE in my company. And EVERYONE is complaining about it constantly.
