Deploy to private Azure Docker Repository

I followed this but it did not work, i take it because when i supply my repo url it does not work. url=https://facalert.azurecr.io/\\
https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/build-and-push-a-docker-image-to-a-container-registry-884351903.html\\
I have tested my gradle plugin (com.bmuschko:gradle-docker-plugin:3.2.0) on my local box and all is working.
i have also supplied the username and password.
Again all is working fine on my local machine publishing to my private azure docker repository.
I attached the build.gradle file that works.
