Anonymous users shouldn't see "follow issue updates" when creating new ticket

I just posted BCLOUD-180 being not logged in (didn't noticed that) and "follow issue updates" was available and selected by default.

I guess anonymous users should be able to leave email address or have this option completely hidden.
