Hours in Activity tab in Pull Requests shown in UTC

Some background:
I have the following commits in Sourcetree:

Where "Yesterday" means February 20th.

Now, in Bitbucket:

In the Pull Request -> Commits tab the hours are shown correctly:

In the Pull Request -> Activity tab the hour of this commit is also shown correctly:

In the Pull Request list the "Last updated" hour(which is the hour of the Merge) is shown in a different format but still correctly:

However in the Pull Request -> Activity tab the hours of Updating and Merging the Pull Request are shown in UTC:

PS. Don't mind the "X hours ago" texts, because I took these screenshots in no specific order and at different times. The tooltip shown after hovering is what matters.
