Pull request Image Uploading

When you comment to a pull request and uploaded an image with the image file name "image (1).png", the image is not uploading and it gives a broken image icon.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add comment on PR (open comment editor)
2. Click on image icon → Drag image here dialogue opens
3. Drag an image named "image (1).png"

Expected Result

The image should show even if there's a "parentheses" in the image's file name.

Actual Result

The image not showing and gives a broken image icon.

Workaround

For now, make sure the image file name does not contain "parentheses".
