REGRESSION: "Fixes #issueId" in commit message no longer automatically resolves the issue

Issue #18221 new
teo created an issue

It used to be the case that, if you pushed a commit to bitbucket with a commit message that contained "fixes #N", with N being a valid ID of an issue in the same repository, the issue woule automatically get resolved as fixed, with a link in the issue to the commit mentioning it.

That no longer works.

By the way, using "Fixed #issueId" (as opposed to "fixes") does still work. I have checked and verified, by looking at commits and issues in old repositories of mine, that "fixes" used to work as well, I didn't remember wrongly.
