Received "Pipeline for master failed.." Email When Pipeline Didn't Fail

Last night I recevied an automated email at 8:17 PM EST with the title '[Bitbucket] Pipeline for master failed on 844a626 (.../...)'. The email said the pipeline ran for 3h 43m 7s and contains a link to the pipeline step. When clicking the link I see that the pipeline execution was successful and according to the web ui ran in 13m 44s and was started at 4:33 PM EST. The 3h 43m 7s time is correctly the duration between when the pipeline step was initiated and when I received the email.

This is the first time I've seen this and have no idea how to reproduce it. This happened when merging a PR to master, but nothing was done differently than normal as far as I can tell.
