Jira links for issues with more than 7 hex characters are considered commits instead of issues

This is a known, reproducible bug, where every Jira issue with more than 7 characters is considered a commit instead of a Jira issue.

For instance, a Jira with the FF-12345678 key will be considered a commit instead of a Jira issue. Because of this, when attempting to link this issue on a commit, Bitbucket will instead attempt to link to commit 12345678, which is incorrect and may lead to confusion.
