Search with "Description" filter find items without keywords in description

I've tried to search issues by with this filter:

content: contains "comment" or contains "paste" status: not "closed" or not "resolved"

The first issue found by this query was BCLOUD-14410 and it contains niether "paste" nor "comment" in its description.
