Copy button in 'Clone this repository' popup not working in Google Chrome v72

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Google Chrome v72
2. Navigate to a repository's source
3. Click Clone
4. Click the 'copy button'
5. Paste into command prompt (or anywhere for that matter)

The pasted value is whatever was in the clipboard before clicking the copy button i.e. the button does nothing.

I tried with FireFox v65 and then button works as expected. Pretty sure this used to work in Chrome v71. Also, note the vertical scroll bar that doesn't need to be there.
