Missing parameter in api 2.0 - pull request comment parent id

Hi.

I am using api 1.0 to post comments on pull request. With recent deprecation of 1.0 I am preparing my code to work with 2.0. Unfortunately pull request comment endpoint does not allow me to include comment parent id to create nested/sub comments. Adding that field produces error with information that extra fields are not permitted.
