Use different link style for new pages (BB-811)

    Description

      If you add a link to a new (nonexistent) wiki page, this link should have a other style (//for example red color//) as links to existent pages.

      • [ [ New Page ] ] = //Red color and dashed underline//
      • [ [ Existent Page ] ] = //Normal link style//

      Most Wikis do it this way...
