Search and Sort Account Environment Variables

We have many repositories sharing the same pipeline Account level Environment Variables.

We have 20 secure username and password pairs per environment and growing. So in total approx. 160 entries within the account level environment variables.

Similar to issue BCLOUD-17056 which suggests the ability to group variables on the UI we would like:

1. The variables listed in alphabetical order.
2. The ability to search for a variable.

Using browser search does not work for us as not all 160 entries are loaded on the screen (one has to scroll to the bottom and 'load more...' first).
