As a Pull Request reviewer I'd like to mark comments thread as resolved so that I can see if there're any unresolved threads before I approve the PR

My use case

• my team member has created a PR and added me as a reviewer there
• I've walked through the PR and put some comments there. There may be strict requirements or just questions amoung them
• some days have passed
• the team member has done some changes, but not all of them
• the team member answered on some of my questions, I've answered back, so we have a number of comment threads

Now I can see a number of comments for each file in Overview tab:

• some of them are effectively resolved (author has done the required change)
• some of them do not require any change (and myself as a reviewer agreed with that)
• some of them still require some changes

I'd like to and see if there're any unresolved comment threads in Overview tab, so that I can mark threads of case BCLOUD-1 and BCLOUD-2 as resolved and see only unresolved threads.
