Web Panel do not refresh context when switching a branch

I am trying to add a custom Web Panel in the following location:

Web Panel: bitbucket.web.repository.browse.filebrowser.before
Context Items: request, principal, repository, atRevisionRef

It works the first time I access to source files view of a branch, but it does not change context when another branch is selected.

I think It should probably refresh this panel as well.
