Bitbucket Pipelines : Docker Command Not Found even with docker service defined.

Currently with docker service defined in your pipelines build, occasionally, when calling out the docker command (e.g docker run), it would respond with the following error.

• Error : docker: command not found

Workaround
As a workaround, re-running the build should resolve the issue.
