Open tasks anchor breaks upon changing pages

On the PR page, if you click the "Open Tasks" link, you should be able to get redirected to the task that you've clicked. If you follow the steps to reproduce below, however, the screen will simply flash and do nothing instead of redirecting you to the correct task.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a PR with a task in it;
2. The "Open tasks" link should appear on the right corner of the PR screen. Click on it, and click on the "chain" icon to get redirected to the task. You should get redirected to the correct task;
3. Scroll up on the page and click on either the "Commits" or "Activity" tab;
4. Go back to the "Overview" tab;
5. Follow the same steps as BCLOUD-2, and you should see the screen flashing and doing nothing instead of redirecting the user to the correct task.
