Cannot create new pipeline after deleting the first one

I create a first pipeline in my project (Pipelines/settings)
After created, it was not displayed in any branches of the pipelines list
"/addon/pipelines/home"

Then, on the settings page, I found the "bitbucket-pipelines.yml" to edit and delete. I deleted it to start as the first time with the help
But now, on the "admin/pipelines/settings" page, it show a button to "configure bitbucket-pipelines.yml" and when I click on it, it display the "/pipelines/home/#!/getting-started" page with the short following content :

Hooray! You've successfully set up Pipelines.
When your pipeline starts up you'll see the details here.

But no link, no button, nothing to create a new pipeline
