Allow user access only to the Issue Tracker inside a Private Repository

I have been thinking this feature must exist but I just wasn't cluey enough to find it, but alas, after reading here ( https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/Bitbucket-Issue-Only-Users-No-Repo-Access/qaq-p/805359 ) I think there is little chance it exists.

There are numerous reasons someone would want to give access to the Issues of a repo (or the Issues and the Wiki) but not want to give access (yes even Read access!) to the repo itself! Please add the ability to set privileges to allow for admis to give access to only the Issue Tracker (or only certain parts of a private repository) without having to give read access to the whole repository!
