Deleting a large repository with LFS times out, leaving it in a unaddressable state

A repository with LFS had become unstable, it was groomed and upload to a different repository name. In deprecating the unstable version, the delete repository function timed out and there nothing accessible to complete this task. The index was 2.3 GB with 360 GB in LFS. I need assistance with removing this from our account.
