Pipelines - scroll logs down automatically

It would be nice if:
when I'm viewing a live pipeline (and scrolled to the bottom of it) when new log lines are added, they're scrolled into view automatically so that I don't have to manually scroll down.

Similar to how a chat client works:

1. when I get new messages, I don't have to scroll down.
2. when I'm scrolled up to look at something in the history, new messages don't scroll me back to the bottom.
