Proper formatting of README.rst

Hi,

While using README.rst files, it seems that the formatting is a little bit broken as there is no margin on top of any sections.

This is mainly due to bundle.css line 156 where the first-child of any H* class is set forced margin-top:0. If I remove this rule, this seems to make the formatting a lot better:
