create-pull request wizard randomizes the source branch, after getting there from the 'create branch' link from JIRA

We have Jira and Bitbucket cloud.

Reproduction:

• on a Jira issue click on a branch, and then ‘Create pull request’
• The url looks like this:

https://bitbucket.org/%7B%7D/%7B<<SOME_UID>>%7D/pull-requests/new?source=<<SOURCE_BRANCH_THAT_WE_SAW_IN_JIRA_ISSUE>>

Expected result: We end up in the create-pullrequest wizard. As the the source branch, the correct branch is selected.

Actual result: We end up in the create-pullrequest wizard. However, as the source branch, a seemingly different branch is selected.

This is confusing, and leads to people accidentally creating wrong pullrequest.
