Overview tab in pull request is not showing the entire changes

We need to perform code review in all code related to the PR which was opened.

We noticed that sometimes the overview page is not displaying all changes.

In the overview page, I cannot see all changes from one commit, which is part of the pull request.

The side effect is that, we are missing code during the review phase because the overview page is not displaying all changes, also we cannot comment on the commit page because it won't be part of the pull request.

I do believe this is a bug. Could you assist with it?
