Deployment permissions for custom pipelines

As of now, the deployments permissions only restrict on a branch level. Custom pipelines cannot be restricted and this is a big drawback. In the image, it might be much more useful to have “*Pipelines allowed to deploy to Production:“ rather than “Branches allowed to deploy to Production:*“

Though this was probably made by design since there is a branch permission feature in bitbucket, i would be very nice to have a way to restrict custom pipelines.
