Cannot add/invite member to a team

Member does not receive invitation mail and we cannot resend or delete invitation.

Member does not receive invitation e-mail and when the responsible tries to resend or delete the invitation (to try again)

he gets a 400 error

    Our Engineering team is currently aware of the issue with adding a new user to a repository.
    We are working on addressing the root cause.

    As a workaround for now, you can try adding the user to your account's User Group then add the User Group to the repository to grant the account with repo access
