Include branch number in pull requests containing a single commit

When a pull request is created for an issues containing several commits, the pull request is labelled with the branch number and contains a list of the commit messages. However, when a pull request contains just one commit, the pull request doesn't contain any such identifying information.

My proposed enhancement is to label single commit pull requests with the branch number; it would also be helpful for the commit message to be listed.
