Description
As of this morning, our tests are failing attempting to create a tmp directory within our source enlistment.

These tests last passed unchanged On June 11 at 11AM.
Did permissions change on the enlistment in the past 72 hours? Is this desire behavior or a bug? If the former, is there a workaround?
