New Pull Request Filters

Could we get some more PR filters? Right now we can filter by status, author, branch and inclusion in the reviewer list.

My main issue is that because we can only have one list of default reviewers, we get added to all the PRs and can’t easily tell when we are needed to answer a question/offer our opinion. We’ve been using the @ tag to accomplish this, but the inability to search by that tag and the large amount of emails that come from Bitbucket make it hard to find the items that need our action.

Another way to solve this problem might be to opt in/out of certain email types (e.g. I want to see comments and approvals but not new commits or merges)
