UI to view all your the comments in "preview" state

    Description

      It's very easy to loose track of comments still in "Preview", especially for reviews with large number of files. You basically have to scroll through all the files to find them.
      I often keep multiple comments in preview state until I learn more about the details of the review. But it's hard to tell if all such comments were posted/discarded at the end.
