Rerun deployment step

It would be great if as part of the deployment pipelines you could run deployments again, so instead of running the whole pipeline again just running the deployment steps ( Redeploy again to Test, Redeploy again to Staging etc.) I understand there is already a feature for rerunning failed pipeline steps.

One use case would be if the whole environment is being rebuild and you need to redeploy the applications
