Commit messages are displayed in wrong style

Since recently, commit messages on the Commits page are displayed in large bold font if they start with the # symbol, which is used for referencing issues. Such messages are wrapped in h1 tag, actually.

To reproduce the bug, just push any commit with the message #123: This text will be displayed in h1-style and open the Commits page.
