Changes not being picked up during pull-request.

We had an issue recently where we created a pull request in Bitbucket and merged the changes through. However a couple of lines which had changed did not appear in the PR and subsequently did not make it through to our main branch after the merge.

We managed to work around this by making the change to the same lines and the same file in the same branch on another machine and repeating the process.

I am able to replicate this issue by creating new branches from the most recent commits on the branches from the time and creating a new PR and again we can see in Bitbucket cloud that in one branch it has the additional lines and in the other branch they are missing, and yet in the PR the changes aren’t showing.

I can provide the details for the branches / PR if needed for this to be investigated.
