Default reviewer PUT method throws bad request if JSON content type header is included

As per the title, when using the PUT method, if a Content-Type:application/json header is included, the call will return a "Bad request" error.

This is not consistent with other methods such as DELETE, which does not throw this error even though it also does not support JSON parameters.
