Repository became read-only while attempting to clean it up

Our repository (https://bitbucket.org/belka-all/icc.static2) reached 1.85Gb size, and I tried to clean repository using BFG, to save some space. When I finished cleaning and tried to push bare repository to remote, it completes successfully, but in Bitbucket repository size grew up to 3.6Gb. And now it’s locked (read-only).
Then I tried for example running git reset --hard HEAD~1 && git push -f but without any success, remote refuse any of my pushes. Any of my attempts fails.

Please help. Work of our team is blocked because of that.
