We are experiencing issues on the Atlassian products like Bitbucket, Jira and Confluence. User “email@example.com” is not able to log in to the Jira and Confluence.
Unable to create an user account in the Bitbucket due to no email reception from the Atlassian group.
We tried with the Password reset option but still can’t receive any emails from Atlassian group.
We encountered the same problem with the another user with the email ID “firstname.lastname@example.org”. After whitelisting the email address we can able to receive emails to that user.
Could you please whitelist the user email “email@example.com”. This user needs this access to perform his job function and this is impeding him.
