Can the comment icon/count be linked when in the commit view?

It happens pretty often that I’ll be on the commit view checking recent commits and see the commit icon - go to click on it thinking it would take me to the comments but it isn’t a link. I then move back to click the commit.

It’s not a big deal but figured it might be a straight forward enough tweak that could have a positive impact.
