Allow Email Notifications for Actions Made by Yourself

What prompted this request is that I have email filters that categorize all my Jira notifications depending on what has happened. So if I receive general emails that say someone has pushed code I mark it. If I receive an email that the pull request has been merged I mark it. This allows me to quickly tell which pull requests I still need to checkup up on. I think it would be beneficial to receive and email saying I approved a pull request so that I can mark it and quickly tell which pull request I still need to look at. Thanks.
