Ability to remove IP restriction per user

When IP whitelisting is enabled, we would like to have the ability to exclude certain users from that restriction.

Although this may be achieved by using Atlassian Access, using Atlassian Access will affect the whole domain, so it’ll be great if Bitbucket Cloud provides this.
