Commits list page doesn't always show tags

Normally, the commits page should show tags for each commit on the right side, but for some reason it rarely does that now. If I refresh the page multiple times (with disabled caching via devtools), about one in a dozen times the tags do show up.

Also sometimes while doing this, I get a version where markdown formatting is applied to commit messages, resulting in commits that start with a hashtag being rendered as giant headings.
