Repository not allowing pushes into feature branches despite configuration.

Hi, we have a repository (REdata_develop) which I configured today to allow feature branches. As an admin, I have been able to push to the new feature branches without a problem, but the rest of the team remains locked out despite my configuring feature branches to be writeable. Am I missing a checkbox somewhere?
