Lifebloom Bug

Well, as many of u know, recently some new updates were made on the Abyssal realm. After the updates, it is said that mindflay was fixed and lifebloom dispell effect gives mana back to caster.
But, now one lifebloom stack gives final healin 2k down from 6k.
As u guys know, 2k was the final healing on TBC, so wtf? 3 stacks of lifebloom should not stack and influence the final healing. So, fix the final healing, make some calculation reading what lifebloom HoT should heal divided to the final healing and see the result .
I did it, and the it gave me like this: Hot * 20.66666667 = Final healing.
